Our sevice is underpinned by a simple four step process, but the potential results are numerous.

1. Assessment
In order to provide considered recommendations it is important for us to first make a site visit, as this will determine what lighting may be required—in terms of scale, functionality, natural light, accessibility, exisiting electrical or light fittings, as well as establishing a general context for the project, among other things. Step 1 will include a flat fee for a site visit assessment (excluding travel expenses if required).

2. Proposal
Following a site visit assessment we will be able to prepare a proposal document, which will include a Reverse Brief (meaning we will outline our understanding of the project requirements), as well as providing an estimated fee and time frame for the required work.

Our sevice is underpinned by a simple four step process, but the potential results are numerous.

3. Recommendations
Once the proposal has been approved, we will present our recommendations. Depending on the size and complexity of the project this may include conceptual and/or creative recommendations, logistical recommendations, technical recommendations and/or product recommendations. Our recommendations will be site specific and will be influenced by the specific project requirements.

4. Installation
Once approved, we will implement our recommendations, in whichever way is required. Where necessary, this may involve engaging a lighting technician from our network in order to install the recommended solution.
