What will you be doing?

  • Build, maintain and improve partnerships with B2B key accounts in the public segment to position Neue as the preferred supplier.
  • Determine new growth opportunities, define, and drive action programs.
  • Create account plans and define commercial strategies based on budget targets.
  • Build forecasts based on sales results and market analysis and make proposals for improvement.
  • Work as a Sales/Business Development Manager on problems of diverse scope where analysis of sales/business development data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Formulate the solution for technical challenges utilising experiences of sales/business development knowledge.

We want you to have:

  • An open minded, curious, and innovative professional who is aligned with our company values and aims and you ideally will bring the following experiences and competencies:
  • Strong experience in engaging with “End Users” at top stakeholders and Executive Board levels.
  • Confirmed success in translating customer needs into solutions & services value propositions accordingly.
  • Interest and understanding of the principles of connected / Internet of Things systems and services.
  • Ability to analyse financial sales results/trends and translate into solutions.
  • Competences – excellent sales, organisational, communication and influencing skills. Able to demonstrate understanding of project pipeline sales, team player with entrepreneurial behaviour.
